This class is an introduction to the Bates Method.  In it we will cover a little of the history of the Bates Method and some fundamentals as to how it works. 

Then attendees will get a chance to practice some techniques to notice how they feel and how they affect the eyesight for the better.  Most people that attend the class feel a difference in the way their eyes feel and notice improvement in their eyesight.
